Mission Reunion, Oct. 2008

This is Jackson's friend Madi who he met last year at our mission reunion. It was fun to go again this year and see some old friends, companions, and mission president and wife. Jackson seemed to have a great time and was such a good sport considering he didn't go to bed until WAY past his bedtime the night before, then spent 9 1/2 hours in the car and we went straight to the church for our reunion. Pretty good for a 21 month old!

Here are some more of my beautiful little girl... who has been smiling at me on a regular basis now! I LOVE it! She has the most beautiful smile... I just need to work on getting it on camera more often!

Apparently, Maddie does just fine in a "big kid" bed and at some point decided that she wanted it to herself. Jackson came into our bed around 5:30am, but I don't think that's when he was squished out of his bed... when Maddie woke up she said (still half-asleep), "Jackson right there", pointing on the carpet parallel the side of the bed. This tells me that at some point Jackson was probably sleeping on the floor next to the bed. Tiffany and I wished we would have had a video camera in there to record what really happened... especially since Jackson began closest to the wall.
